Hardware returns
Neckbands can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're in good condition with original packaging. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Subscription refunds
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; the current month is non-refundable but you keep access until the renewal date. Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days.
Damaged or defective items
If your collar arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, we'll send a free replacement. Just contact support with a photo.
How to request a refund
Email support@snb.app with your order ID, or open a ticket from the Support page. Our team responds within 24 hours.
